Quality Inputs™ covers the food side of the equation. Whole food means ingredients as close to their natural state as possible, with the original nutrient structure still intact. Nutrient density asks how much nourishment each bite actually delivers, because calories and nourishment are two very different measurements. Sourcing and preparation round it out… how food is grown, raised, stored, and cooked changes what it brings to your body by the time it reaches your plate.

What Usage Capacity™ Means
Feeding the body well and having the body use that nourishment are two different things. Digestion, absorption, and repair processes run on the same resources your body uses to respond to stress. When the nervous system is in a protective state… from a demanding season, poor sleep, a diagnosis, or load that has accumulated over years… the body reroutes those resources toward survival. Rest and repair is the recovery window where nourishment gets put to work, and strain from stress, sleep debt, and toxic load shrinks that window.
This is why the same meal can land differently in two different bodies, and differently in the same body from one season to the next.
